Joseph Johnson
Joseph Johnson was born and raised in Southern California receiving his Bachelors degree in Law and Society from the University of California Santa Barbara in 1999, and his Juris Doctorate from Southwestern University School of Law in 2003.
Admitted to the California State Bar in 2004, Mr. Johnson joined Hurrell Cantrall LLP, honing his skills in all aspects of civil defense litigation for over three years. In 2007, opportunities brought him to Memphis, Tennessee, where he is also licensed to practice law. While in Memphis, he gained in depth, hands on experience with plaintiff’s personal injury cases and social security disability claims. Mr. Johnson now returns to Hurrell Cantrall LLP to continue his legal career.
In his free time Mr. Johnson enjoys being with his family, participating in all outdoor activities, traveling, sports, music and writing. Most recently, his article entitled The Constitution’s Perfect Infallibility! A Young Lawyer’s Discovery During His First Trip to Washington, D.C. was published in the June 2009 issue of the Tennessee Young Lawyer.
