Mr. Reed was born in Los Angeles, California. He received his law degree from the University of Southern California.
He was admitted to practice law in the State of California in 1955 and is a Member of the State Bar of California; Los Angeles County Bar Association; American Bar Association; Association of Southern California Defense Counsel; American Society of Law and Medicine; California Medicolegal Committee; American Board of Trial Advocates; American College of Trial Lawyers; Defense Research Institute; International Association of Defense Counsel and American Association of Attorney Mediators.
