Farid A. Sharaby is a Partner at Hurrell Cantrall LLP.  He has been with the firm since 2012.  His practice focuses on government liability, employment law, and personal injury.  He has aggressively and successfully advocated for multinational corporations and public entities, as well as their employees.  Mr. Sharaby’s primary objective in all of his cases is to obtain a favorable disposition early in the litigation to ensure the outcome is not only favorable to the client but also economical.  In keeping with this principle, he has consistently achieved dismissals on behalf of clients prior to trial, usually by way of a dispositive motion or through the plaintiff’s voluntary dismissal following Mr. Sharaby’s rigorous defense of the case.  In addition to aggressively serving clients’ interests at the trial court level, Mr. Sharaby has successfully engaged in appellate advocacy on behalf of clients.
