Mr. Miller earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science from the University of California at San Diego. During law school, Mr. Miller worked full-time as a law clerk for two civil litigation defense firms. Mr. Miller received his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School in June 2006 and was admitted to the California bar in December 2006.
Mr. Miller joined Hurrell Cantrall LLP with more than 14-years of experience in civil litigation. He has successfully represented individuals, businesses, and public entities in state and federal courts, in a wide range of litigation matters, including mass tort, bankruptcy, personal injury, public entity liability defense, contract/lease and real estate disputes.
Mr. Miller is admitted to practice before all California State Courts and the United States District Court for the Central and Southern Districts.
In his free time, Mr. Miller enjoys playing music, camping and attending concerts.
