Mr. Garcia received his Bachelor of Arts in History from Williams College and obtained his Juris Doctorate from Whittier Law School, where he graduated summa cum laude.
Mr. Garcia has worked in the legal industry for more than twelve years. He has experience in the fields of immigration, family law, business litigation, and tort law. He began his legal career practicing workers’ compensation and personal injury law. He has since developed extensive experience in the field of insurance defense. He has previously worked as in-house counsel for a national carrier where his focus was litigation and trial preparation.
Mr. Garcia is admitted to practice law before all courts of the State of California, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California.
