Dismissal of Excessive Force Claim in Federal Court
November 16, 2012The plaintiff alleged that while he was incarcerated at a local jail, he was beaten by jail personnel, resulting in significant injuries. We moved for summary judgment on immunity and other grounds. Prior to the hearing of the motion, plaintiff agreed to dismiss the entire action against our public entity client.
