Defense Verdict in Toxic Tort Case

As a result of the exposure, he claims he sustained permanent and severe brain injuries, tremors, and psychological problems. The parties offered numerous experts to support their position. The jury reached a defense verdict in favor of our client, who manufactured the product used by the plaintiff.
