December 07, 2018Hurrell Cantrall obtained a unanimous defense verdict in a case where a pretrial detainee claimed a clinical psychologist was negligent by failing to adequately assess the detainee for housing within the Los Angeles County jail system. The jury returned a defense verdict after only 18 minutes of deliberation.
