Mr. Fidone was born in Los Angeles, California and obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree from California Polytechnic State University in 1968. He received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Loyola University in 1974 where he was on the Dean’s List.
Mr. Fidone was admitted to practice before all the Courts in the State of California in 1974 and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.
He has over forty years experience in property-casualty insurance defense work and specializes in premises liability, toxic tort and catastrophic auto cases. He has represented supermarkets, bars, restaurants, corporations, public entities and individual property owners. He has successfully defended both wrongful death actions as well as traumatic brain injury cases. He is AV “Peer Review Rated” by Martindale-Hubbell.
He has served on the arbitration/mediation panel for the Los Angeles Superior Court and has served as Judge Pro Tem. He earned a certificate of completion on “Mediating the Litigated Case” from the Srauss Institute at Pepperdine University. He is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Southern California Defense Counsel, was a founding member of the Italian-American Lawyers Association and has been a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (“ABOTA”) since 2004.
