Mr. Stern earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a minor in English from the University of California at Santa Barbara. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School in 2015. During his time at Southwestern, Mr. Stern served as the Director of Off-Campus Affairs for the Southwestern Student Body Association and as Secretary for the Media Law Forum. Mr. Stern interned at Marvel Studios while attending law school and also spent a semester studying at the University College London in the United Kingdom.
Mr. Stern has successfully represented individuals, businesses and public entities in state and federal courts, in a wide range of litigation matters, including class actions, personal injury, public entity liability defense, civil rights violations, unlawful detainer, and contract disputes.
Mr. Stern is admitted to practice before all California State Courts and the United States District Court for the Central District.
In his free time, Mr. Stern enjoys fishing, hiking and camping.
