Mr. Mkrtychan is an experienced litigator with more than thirteen years of diverse legal experience, including trial practice, government representation, insurance defense, and corporate in-house counsel work. He has served as lead trial counsel in hundreds of matters across civil, criminal, administrative, and juvenile courts, and has been trial counsel of record in a published appellate decision. His background further includes transactional and financial work as Associate General Counsel, with a focus on structured finance, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
Mr. Mkrtychan has also participated in legal education and public service-oriented work through pro bono representation and community legal initiatives.
Prior to joining Hurrell Cantrall LLP, Mr. Mkrtychan served as a Deputy County Counsel with the Office of the County Counsel for the County of Los Angeles, where he represented the County and its departments in a broad range of civil and administrative matters.
